1.What the service is
You send us one unedited landscape recording. We publish it full-length in landscape and vertical, cut short clips from it, generate cover artwork, write titles, descriptions, captions and hashtags, and schedule everything to the YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts you connect.
Your plan sets how many recordings we process and how many clips we publish each month. Current limits and prices are shown on our pricing page and form part of these terms.
2.Your account and access
We give you a private upload folder and a scheduling workspace. You are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under them. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access.
You must be at least 18 years old and, if you are signing up for a business, authorized to bind that business to these terms.
3.What you provide
- Recordings, uploaded to the folder we give you
- Authorization for us to publish to your connected accounts
- A list of anything you never want published
- Accurate account and billing information
You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything in your recordings — including music, footage, images, and the appearance and voice of anyone who features in them — and that publishing it will not infringe anyone's rights.
4.Your content and your accounts
You own your recordings and everything we produce from them. You own your social accounts. If you cancel, the accounts and the archive remain yours and nothing is withheld.
You grant us a limited license to process, edit and publish your recordings solely to deliver the service. That license ends when your subscription ends.
5.Publishing authorization
You authorize us to publish to your connected accounts without approving each post. This is the core of the service and the reason it takes so little of your time.
Posts are scheduled in your workspace in advance, and you may view, edit, reschedule or delete any post before it publishes. You may set your own posting schedule. You may revoke our access from within each platform at any time.
You remain responsible for what is published to your accounts. We exclude anything on your "never publish" list, but we cannot know what you have not told us. If something goes out that you did not want, tell us and we will remove it and adjust your account rules.
6.Turnaround guarantee
We guarantee that your batch is built and scheduled within 24 hours of your upload completing. If we miss it, that month is free.
The guarantee does not apply where:
- The uploaded file is corrupt, unplayable, or has unusable audio
- The recording is shorter or longer than the range your plan covers
- Your connected accounts are disconnected, suspended or rate-limited
- A third-party platform or provider we depend on is unavailable
- You exceed your plan's monthly limits
7.Plan limits and extras
Clip counts are caps rather than quotas. We usually find more candidate moments than your plan includes and publish the strongest ones. Extra recordings and extra clips are available at the rates shown on the pricing page.
8.Billing
- You are not charged when you sign up. A card is saved and billing begins after your trial period.
- Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Founding rates are available to clients who subscribe by December 31, 2026. They are held for 12 months from your signup date while your subscription stays active and uninterrupted; after that, regular pricing applies. If you cancel and return, current pricing applies.
- Cancel any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We give reasonable notice by email before changing prices.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments may pause the service until resolved.
9.Acceptable content
Do not send us material that is:
- Unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or discriminatory
- Infringing on anyone's copyright, trademark or likeness
- Sexually explicit
- Medical, legal or financial advice presented in a way that breaches regulation applying to you
- Deliberately false or intended to deceive
We may decline to publish anything we reasonably believe breaches this section or would put your accounts at risk, and we will tell you why.
10.Permitted use of the service
The service is for your own business or professional use. You may not:
- Resell, white-label, sublicense or provide the service to third parties
- Use one subscription to produce content for accounts belonging to someone else, unless we agree in writing
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our processes, prompts or tooling
- Remove or obscure our branding or proprietary notices
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
Agencies and anyone wanting to run this for clients should contact us — there is a way to do it, and it is not this plan.
11.Our intellectual property
All title, ownership and intellectual property in the service itself — our software, processes, templates and branding — belong to Amore & Industrial LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you.
Your data and your content remain yours.
12.Platform rules
Your accounts remain subject to the terms of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. You are responsible for complying with them, including any disclosure rules that apply to your profession. We are not liable for platform decisions, including removal of content, reduced distribution, or suspension of your accounts.
13.What is not included
- Manual editing or re-cutting
- B-roll, motion graphics, effects or sound design
- Filming or studio production
- Hand-designed thumbnails
- Unlimited revisions — one batch of wording changes is included each month
- Comment replies or community management
- Paid advertising or ad creative
14.No guarantee of results
We make no promise about views, followers, engagement, leads or revenue. We guarantee that your content is produced and published on schedule. What audiences do with it is outside anyone's control, and any figures on our website describing time saved are estimates rather than commitments.
15.Service availability
We aim to keep the service running reliably, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time. Where we discontinue the service entirely we will give reasonable notice and will not bill you beyond that point.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.
16.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amore & Industrial LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
17.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the content you send us, including claims of infringement, defamation, or breach of someone's privacy or publicity rights.
18.Termination and survival
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment, breach of sections 9 or 10, or conduct that puts us or your accounts at risk. On termination we stop publishing, and your files remain available for 90 days.
Provisions that should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, indemnity and limitation of liability — continue to apply.
19.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it. If you do not, cancel before your next billing date.
20.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
